Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Laboratory Manager for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

* You will be responsible for technical and scientific oversight of the laboratory.

* You will be responsible for performing tests and assure the quality and timeliness of testing.

* You will encourage an ongoing program of improvement of Laboratory services.

* You will provide technical consultation for each of the specialties/sub specialties in the laboratory including respiratory dept.

* You will provide support and be a clinical resource for staff.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

* Certification as MT (ASCP), CLS, or equivalent is required.

* Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Technology is required.

* General knowledge of all Laboratory functions is required.

* Minimum 7 years full time laboratory experience in high complexity testing is required.
