Work Experience:
I am pursuing an MBA with a Finance concentration at Penn State's Smeal College of Business, bringing a distinctive combination of legal, financial, and military leadership experience to my transition into investment banking. As a litigation paralegal at Morgan & Morgan, I have directly analyzed complex financial, medical, and evidentiary records to drive high-stakes settlement outcomes, supporting the resolution of 45–50 matters per month and contributing to approximately $1 million in monthly legal fees. My prior work negotiating settlements, reductions, reconciling trust accounts across hundreds of matters, and driving multimillion-dollar case portfolios to resolution reflects the same analytical precision and execution under deadline pressure required on deal teams. Complementing this, my service as a commissioned Infantry Officer in the Georgia Army National Guard has sharpened my ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and perform under high-stakes, time-sensitive conditions. I am now seeking an investment banking role, ideally in a group where my legal training supports M&A, restructuring, or transaction advisory work, where I can apply my quantitative rigor, deal-oriented mindset, and proven leadership to help clients execute complex financial transactions.
