Biography:

Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance

Military Experience: 32.6 years

Work Experience:

Accountable, determined, honest, and humorous — I'm a lifelong learner and servant leader with 30+ years in program and project management and leader/team development, usually in fluid, ambiguous environments. I see chaos as opportunity, but only for teams that have the basics down while staying flexible. Across years of studying and practicing leadership, the one constant is trust: the kind where you're not afraid to fail in front of your team because they'll pick you up, everyone learns, and the team grows — the opposite of having mistakes weaponized against you. I believe in owning your mistakes first, distinguishing "don't know" (fixable through training) from "don't care" (much harder, and sometimes a sign someone needs a different path), and keeping the work fun even when it's hard, because that's what drives productivity, connection, and trust. I give 110% every chance I get, I like hard problems, and I thrive on helping others succeed — I see their wins as my own. That's what I value: passing it forward.
