Maureen Kelly

Mission-driven, Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse and U.S. Air Force veteran with over 35 years of experience, specializing in advocacy, case management, and frontline leadership for veterans. Currently serving in the Emergency Department at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, I witness daily how complex, fragmented systems lead many veterans to be denied benefits they have earned, causing them to lose hope and disengage. I am passionate about standing in that gap—educating, empowering, and advocating for veterans; coordinating care and resources across teams and agencies; and leading by example to create a more responsive, compassionate, and accountable system. I am eager to bring my clinical expertise, military background, and collaborative leadership skills to a role where I can improve access, outcomes, and trust for the veterans we serve.
