Who I Am
I am a mission-driven leader who values being approachable, accessible, and available to the teams I serve. I believe in leading with empathy, accountability, and clarity, while always aligning people strategies with the broader goals of the organization. Fluent in Spanish and shaped by diverse cultural and operational experiences, I take pride in building trust, developing talent, and fostering environments where individuals and teams can perform at their best.

Military Leadership Background
I served over 20 years in the United States Army as a Special Operations Officer, where I led teams in complex, high-pressure environments both domestically and abroad. My experience included command at multiple levels and service as an Assistant Chief of Staff (G-9) with the 10th Mountain Division, where I oversaw strategic civil-military operations and managed multi-million-dollar programs. These roles required disciplined leadership, operational planning, and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving and uncertain conditions.

Civilian Human Resources Experience
Following my military career, I transitioned into Human Resources leadership, where I have focused on employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational development across multi-site operations. I currently serve in a regional HR leadership role supporting a large, dynamic workforce, partnering closely with operations to drive performance, mitigate risk, and strengthen workplace culture. My experience spans both public and private sectors, with a consistent focus on aligning people strategy with business needs.
