Agustin Echeverry
Biography:
Military Experience: 6.0 years
Work Experience:
Six-year U.S. Air Force veteran and former intelligence analyst. I served with the National Security Agency in Hawaii and Washington, D.C., before attending the U.S. Air Force Academy, where I was a Cadet First Responder, Martinson Honors Scholar, and member of the Glider Team. I also completed Air Assault School and Military Freefall Jump School, further developing my discipline, resilience, and leadership under pressure.
Now, I’m pursuing a degree in Government at Harvard University with a focus on Latin America, corruption, and economic development. I’m also on pre-veterinary and pre-law tracks, exploring the intersections of global policy, biotechnology, and sustainable development. I have a strong interest in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and finance, particularly as tools for driving growth and innovation in emerging markets.
In addition, I represent Harvard as a varsity member of the Polo Team, where I serve as the Director for Sponsorships, developing partnerships and managing outreach while continuing to refine my leadership, strategy, and teamwork both on and off the field.
