Hi, my name is Adam Ward! I’m a first year MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management pursing tech ops/program management in the financial services industry. Before Kellogg, I attended West Point and double-majored in Economics and Chinese. In addition to interning at UBS my junior year, I also took additional cyberengineering classes and became fascinated with the IT space, later commissioning as a Signal Officer in the US Army. I led teams that implemented tech solutions in Aviation and Special Operations in the Middle East, Europe, and South Korea. During my service, when I identified capability shortfalls, I grew passionate about the procurement, adoption, and scaling of new technologies. With personal experience in not only the development of tech solutions but also securing executive leadership buy-in and driving organizational adoption, I am particularly drawn to the integration of agentic AI in investment strategies to generate high impact at industry scale. Most importantly, working in intense, mission-driven settings instilled in me a deep commitment to personal accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership.
