Raquel Washburn

 I’ve led high-stakes remediation efforts as both an external consultant
and internal risk leader, partnering with c-suite executives, issue owners, and
auditors to deliver sustainable outcomes. My experience as a former regulatory
examiner gives me a deep understanding of what success looks like through a
regulator’s lens, while my time in the private sector has honed my ability to
operationalize risk strategy, drive cross-functional accountability, and build
frameworks that are effective. I’m confident I can contribute immediately, while also helping evolve best
