 I have an extensive background in program & project management, and Special Operations, combined with my military leadership experience, I am confident I possess the skills and qualifications to excel in this role and contribute significantly to your team. 

 Currently, I work in the AFSOC OC/A35 Orders production team, the Force Generation (FORGEN) process as the Officer in Charge (OPR) for current orders, contributing to AFSOC's ability to meet current and
on-going global deployment requirements. Providing semi-annual FORGEN status briefings to AFSOC OC leadership, including the Commander and Vice Commander, informing critical decisions on deployment timelines and personnel assignments. Developing and disseminating FORGEN documentation and communications to stakeholders across AFSOC SOW, NGB, and AFRC, clarifying A3 intent and improving
cross-functional understanding of complex processes and procedures. 

 As the Program Manager in Africa, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of a complex civilian aviation project, to include budget management, risk mitigation, and operational safety. Successfully negotiating multiple contracts, resulting in a 10% cost savings, while simultaneously improving safety protocols and reducing incident rates by 20%. This experience honed my skills in complex negotiations, risk management, and budget oversight, which I believe are directly transferable. 

My PMP certification, MBA, and MSc Organization Management further enhance my ability to lead and execute complex projects within budget and on schedule in.  

As the Lead Pararescueman for AFSOC Standards and Evaluations & Weapons and Tactics, I spearheaded the development of the Human Interface Program, a complex project involving the integration of
robotics, NVGs, and handheld weapon systems, demonstrating my ability to innovate and adapt to rapidly evolving technological landscapes. This initiative required effective management of cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and military personnel, resulting in the successful delivery of a system that improved combat effectiveness by 15% as measured by mission success rates. Furthermore, serving on the USSOCOM Training and Advisory Board provided valuable insights into the development and implementation of large-scale training programs, strengthening my PM capabilities.
