Training Officer- Drove 36-month training cycle across 18 mission areas using web-based tracking systems. Liaised with outside entities to conduct assessments and balance training with operations and maintenance.
Legal Officer- Facilitated legal representation, powers of attorney, and notary services for over 100 Sailors. Administered legal processes for five Non-Judicial Punishment (Captain’s Mast) proceedings. Assisted Sailors in navigating victim and family assistance programs.
Project Manager, Operations Department- Managed 25 person team in the maintenance and operation of ship equipment. Sustained ship operations during a 10-month deployment across the Arabian Gulf, Mediterranean Sea, and Caribbean Sea.
