● Managed a scholarship budget of $1 million dollars and allocated 88% to top-tier talent within the first year.
● Selected as the first representative to spearhead the establishment and execution of a pioneering Army Officer recruiting program, encompassing 207 colleges and universities across the Midwest
● Built the recruiting program from the ground up by awarding 28 full-ride scholarships in the first year, doubling the yearly quota
